Ultimately Impressed…
Not knowing any realtors I was fortunate to find Jerry Stynes while scoping out Sunday open houses in Daly City. I interviewed another agent but was ultimately impressed by his presentation, competitive commission rates, and his knowledge of the Daly City market.
With Jerrys thoughtful home update suggestions and my familys hard work, we were able to put my Fathers home up for sale Oct 1st 2007. And even though it was (and still is) a difficult selling market, the house sold in one month with an offer close to my asking price. The closing took another 2 months and Jerry stayed positive and supportive during the entire closing process.
